PADZ - People and Dogs Zones

P.A.D.Z. or "People And Dog Zones" is a California nonprofit unincorporated association based in Encinitas, CA. It is dedicated to: addressing the legitimate need for safe, off-leash recreational areas; actively promoting the establishment of such recreational areas;providing a community forum as advocates for the exchange of ideas, information, materials, and support related to People And Dog Zones; promoting responsible dog ownership.
